There will be some available, however, people are encouraged to park at Williams Bay High School and take the free shuttle to the Christmas Tree Barn for check-in. On busy weekends before Christmas, there will be almost no parking at the marina.
Once aboard, you’re in a fully enclosed cabin to keep everyone cozy. There are spaces to step outside and get a closer look at the lights as well. On the cruise, you’ll take a 40-minute boat ride to Santa’s Secret Hideaway.

Every year, families and friends celebrate the holiday season by taking a trip to Santa’s Hideaway on the Lake Geneva Cruise Line Santa Cruise. The Santa Cruise, that delivers holiday fun for all ages, starts the day after Thanksgiving and runs through December 30. On board the Santa Cruise, passengers see lighted holiday displays and watch as Santa emerges from his hideaway. In 2022, as community members raised concerns over the increasing number of visiting ships, Channelkeeper asked the city to conduct a public assessment of its cruise ship program. The city began an evaluation of its cruise ship program by establishing a cruise ship subcommittee made up of three Harbor Commissioners.
The company did not say how many users it would allow to fully use the app starting Wednesday.
